Golden Beach, Florida. One of our most notorious residents, David Beckham,  just closed a featured piece of land in Overtown, to build the new Miami Beckham United Soccer Stadium.

The lot is located at 650 NW 8th Street, three blocks north of the Miami River and four blocks West from I 95.
An additional purchase of public land from Miami Dade County is pending. The project includes the construction of new publi transportation stations to service the Stadium.
